Apartment with direct sea access in the port/marina of Alcossebre, 25 km from Peñíscola. Enjoy a 40 m² south-facing terrace with direct access to the sea via a 7-meter mooring. The terrace faces Fuentes beach, less than 100 meters away. The spacious apartment offers over 200 m², 5 large bedrooms each with its own full bathroom, and air conditioning in every room. All rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans, but cross-ventilation and the sea breeze keep the space cool even in summer. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, including an American fridge with ice dispenser and all necessary utensils, plus several paella pans, one for up to 20 people. The terrace is the main highlight, with direct access to the port, a 7-meter mooring, and 3 meters of platforms for jet skis. Guests can use a paddle surf board and moor their boat in the 7-meter space. If your boat is longer, arrangements can be made to remove the platforms in advance. Jet skis can also be placed on the platform. Nearby is the Sierra de Irta Natural Park, ideal for walks or bike rides to explore coves along the 20 km coastline to Peñíscola. Eight bicycles with helmets are available in the garage. Fishing rods are also available for guests who wish to fish from the rocks of the port dock. Beach chairs, towels, sheets, and soap are provided for your convenience.
