Apartment with direct sea access in Alcossebre marina, 25 km from Peñíscola. Its 40 m² south-facing terrace offers direct sea access via a 7-metre mooring. The front faces Fuentes Beach, less than 100 metres away on foot. The spacious apartment covers over 200 m² and has 5 large bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. Cross-ventilation and proximity to the sea keep air circulating and the apartment cool even in midsummer. The spacious kitchen has a large American-style fridge with an ice dispenser and all the utensils you need, including several paella pans, one large enough for up to 20 people. The highlight is the terrace with direct access to the marina via a 7-metre mooring, plus 3 metres occupied by jet ski platforms. A paddleboard is available for guests, and you can moor your boat in front of the apartment. For longer boats, the platforms can be removed by prior arrangement. You can also bring your jet ski and place it on the mooring platform. Another highlight is the nearby Sierra de Irta Natural Park, a beautiful area with restricted access where you can walk or cycle past coves along 20 km of coastline to Peñíscola. Eight bicycles with helmets are available for guests in the garage, along with fishing rods for fishing from the rocks of the marina breakwater. Beach chairs, towels, bed linen and soap are provided. Ideal for 12 people; up to 16 on occasion.
