Apartment with direct access to the sea in port / marina The apartment has an unbeatable location in the port / marina of Alcossebre, 25 km from Peñíscola. It features a 40 m² south-facing terrace with direct access to the sea through a 7-meter mooring. Its front part faces directly onto Fuentes beach, located less than 100 meters away on foot. The apartment is very spacious, with more than 200 m², and has 5 large bedrooms, each with a separate full bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans, although cross ventilation and proximity to the sea favor air circulation and help keep the space cool even in the middle of summer. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with a large American fridge with an ice dispenser. It includes all necessary kitchen utensils, including several paella pans, one of them large enough for up to 20 people. The main attraction of the apartment is its terrace with direct access to the port through a 7-meter mooring, plus 3 meters occupied by platforms for jet skis. Guests have access to a paddle-surf board and the possibility of mooring their boat in the 7-meter space in front of the apartment. If your boat is longer, arrangements can be made to remove the platforms in advance. You can also bring your jet ski and place it on the platform at the mooring. Another highlight is the proximity to the Sierra de Irta Natural Park, a privileged area with restricted access that allows for beautiful walks or bike rides to explore the coves along the 20 km of coastline to Peñíscola. Eight bicycles with helmets are available for guests in the apartment garage. Fishing rods are also available in the garage for guests who wish to fish from the rocks that make up the dock of the port. Beach chairs, towels, sheets, and soap are provided for your convenience.
